[MPICH2-dev] Running MPICH2 with slurm Process Manager (fwd)

So how does one marry the slurm pmi implementation with the mpich2 
compilation?
Of the four choices of process managers when mpich2 is compiled, slurm 
isn't one
of them.

Slurm version 1.1 supports PMI. See http://www.llnl.gov/linux/slurm
for more information.
