[MPICH2-dev] Fortran erros in MPICH2 RC1 test

I have been unable to get the latest RC1 tests to pass and some of the 
trouble of tracked down to Fortran 77 files in

     mpich2-0.971-rc1/test/mpi/f77/spawn

spawnf.f and spawnargvf.f in this directory seem to be improperly 
formatted. Continuation characters appear in column 7 (instead of 5) and 
so on.
