[MPICH2-dev] MPICH2 0.93 now available

MPICH2 0.93 is now available at
ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/mpi/mpich2-beta.tar.gz.  This release contains
many bug fixes and a substantial improvement in the area of error handling
and reporting.  We also made some changes to the ADI3 and CH3 interfaces.
