Log:
Removed faq text (used to generate the FAQ pages on the older
website). It's all on the wiki here:
http://wiki.mcs.anl.gov/mpich2/index.php/Frequently_Asked_Questions. Also
removed ch3:sock documentation that is totally outdated anyway.
