Hi,
 If you need your MPI job run as the domain user (say "Angelescu") who is part of the domain "MyDomain" you need to register "MyDomain\Angelescu" as the username (and enter the password for the domain user when prompted). If you would like your job run locally on your computer, I would recommend creating a user in your machine with a password and register that user/password with mpiexec.
 Let us know if it works.

Ok, no problem.I just want to get this fixed, cause i need to sustain a project in it and if i can run it, i can not finish the project.I do not want a ticket to be issued, for me as long as i get this fixed, there is no problem for me. 

I do not have any windows password, i am the admin of the computer i am using(i also tried to install it on my laptop but i get the same problem) 
When i put in command prompt, mpiexec - register and i am asked for the account, i just hit enter, so it can take the default username shown in the prompt, i only enter the password. 
Yes, my user is a domain user, but i do not understand what u mean by prepend.

Your problem may or may not be related to the one mentioned in the ticket 1151. Let us discuss the issue on mpich-discuss and if needed you can go ahead and create a new ticket for the issue. 
Did you enter a valid Windows username/password when you registered a username/password with mpiexec (mpiexec -register)? If your user is a domain user did you prepend the username with the domain name ?

Hello, i am confronting myself with a problem, i installed MPICH2 version 
1.4.1 i did all the steps that were mentioned above,(added the path to 
environment variable, from cmd i put mpiexec -register, hit enter, than 
added a password,retyped it) but when i do mpiexec -validate from cmd, it 
returns FAIL, i tried uninstalling, reboot than installing again and did 
the same steps, but still i get FAIL at validate. 
I do not know what to do anymore, i hope you can help., Ioana.
