[mpich-discuss] Using RPATH

When I installed to a nonstandard location in the past, MPICH would
automatically use RPATH (link using -Wl,-rpath,$MPI_HOME/lib). That seems
to have gone away recently. Was that intentional? What is the preferred way
for a user to make the wrappers use RPATH?
