 The version is  mpich2-1.2.1 and I installed it in /usr
I re-compiled the source file and installed it ,then it can run now

What version of mpich2 are you using.  The default process manager is hydra
not mpd in the recent releases of mpich2.  Did you install mpich2 in /usr ?

If there is problem in your configure, please send configure and make outputs
as stated in the top-level README file.
