The 32-bit Windows binary for MPICH2 1.4 will be available on Friday (the builder of the binary is out of town). In the meanwhile, you can use the binary for MPICH2 1.3.2 from http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/tarballs/1.3.2p1/
