[mpich-discuss] mpich2 1.4 Slackware, Debian and Ubuntu packages for x86 (i386) and x86_64 (amd64)

  Slackware doesn't have a package manager by default, you can install
using command line with the command installpkg like

  installpkg package.tgz

  Example:
  installpkg mpich2-1.4-i486-goa-1.txz
  installpkg mpich2-1.4-x86_64-goa-1.txz
