Hi,
 If you are referring to the MPI Cluster debugger on Windows please follow the instructions in Section 9.9 of the Windows developer's guide (available at http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/documentation/index.php?s=docs) for debugging your MPI program.

Sorry, we are not aware of the MPI Cluster debugger, but there are many 
debugger tools out there for this -- Totalview, DDT and the free 
software PADB.
