[mpich-discuss] How to config mpiexec use rsh as default bootstrap?

I would like to have the r7942 fix, but it failed to patch
src/pm/hydra/tools/bootstrap/src/bsci_init.c.in, I looked at the rej file,
the code changed since 1.3.2 release, without understanding what it is
doing, I am unable to manually fix it.
I tried to replace that file with new file, but I got segmemtation fault.
Is there a way I can get a patch based on v1.3.2?
