[mpich-discuss] configure.in:860: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_CXX_NAMESPACE_STD

Because I wasn't paying attention to the fact that maint/updatefiles
included the effects of autoreconf, which is of course a bad reason.
I'll not do this anymore.
