[mpich-discuss] mpiexec - specifying list of hosts in command line without file

Never mind the ticket -- it was simple enough that I went ahead and 
added it to trunk in r6812 (usage is "-hosts foo,bar"). You can download 
a nightly tarball if you want to try it out (make sure to use >= r6812): 
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/tarballs/nightly/hydra
