[mpich-discuss] mpiexec - specifying list of hosts in command line without file

Hi, all!

I think will be good idea to introduce command line parameter for mpiexec for specifying list of hosts directly in command line.

It's handy for quick experiments. Also will be useful in farm environment (like Platform LSF) where host are listed in environment variable.
