[mpich-discuss] only one core is working

Hello,
I have been struggling for this for months, I am using Rocks-CentOS cluster,
and I am using MPICH2 for parallel jobs
everything seems working fine except that only one core out of 16 cores is
working. below is the error message I got, and the job is failed. I am not
sure what I am missing here?

 [root at master bin]# mpiexec -genv QPL_LICENSE 4705 -n 3 a.out

mpiexec_master.jtalla.kfu: mpd_uncaught_except_tb handling:
  exceptions.KeyError: 'cmd'
    /opt/mpich2/gnu/bin/mpiexec  259  mpiexec
        elif msg['cmd'] != 'response_get_mpdrun_values':
    /opt/mpich2/gnu/bin/mpiexec  1446  ?
        mpiexec

so I think it is an MPD issue.



(I am using "mpich2-ethernet-gnu-1.1.1p1-0" ,)
