[mpich-discuss] Upgrading GCC Compilers

Hello,

I have installed mpich2 on centos 5.4 x64 and everything seems to be working fine. My current GCC compilers are 4.1.2 and I would like to upgrade to 4.4 or 4.5. I would like to know whether I will need to recompile/reinstall mpich2 after upgrading the GCC compilers.
