Hi,
 Can you retry configuring MPICH2 by specifying gettimeofday as the timer (--enable-timer-type=gettimeofday) and let us know if it works ?

Hi, 

I am a new user of MPICH2. I tried to install MPICH2 in Cygwin and got a compile error like: 


configure: error: Requested timer clock_gettime <POSIX> is not available 

I don't know it's a problem of MPICH2 or Cygwin. Did I miss anything? The compile logfile is attached. 

can anybody help me?
