[mpich-discuss] use ssh with hydra

FWIW, ssh is the default bootstrap server and Hydra searches for "ssh"
in your path. So, you don't actually need to specify -bootstrap ssh and
-bootstrap-exec /usr/bin/ssh to your mpiexec. The following should work:
% mpiexec -f machines -n 4 ./time_bcast_nochk
