[mpich-discuss] CPI test fails under Fedora 10

ch3:sock is a different communication mechanism from the default
ch3:nemesis used in mpich2-1.1.  ch3:sock used to be default before
mpich2-1.1.  I think the installer guide has a section on the 
communication device.
