[mpich-discuss] Building liblmpe.a in a no-fortran environment

liblmpe.a should be built without a fortran compiler.  Only the build
of libmpe_f2cmpi.a depends on fortran compiler.  If not, there would
be a bug in MPE.  What version of mpich2 are you using ?
Could you send us the configure and make outputs (as seen on your
screen) ?
