You can just use 1.0.8 if it works well for you. 1.1a2 is already out in
Nov; 1.1a3 should be out in a few weeks. I have fixed the typo in the date
on the web site; thanks.

Subject: [mpich-discuss] MPICH2's website fix + question
First of all, thanks for the work of everyone involved in MPICH2's
development.
As I was now downloading MPICH2 to start work sometime soon on my graduation
paper, I found out it would be good to have the release date of the 'stable'
and 'developer pre-release' versions at that same download page
(http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/index.php?s=downl
oads).
Also, the About page
(http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/about/index.php?s=about)
shows: "The current version of MPICH2 is 1.0.8, released on Oct. 24th,
2009.", which is obviously a mistake :)
Now, is the version 1.1a2 gonna be released in the next few weeks or perhaps
should I, for the sake of working on top of a stable software for my work,
stick with the 1.0.8?
Thank you in advance,
Eduardo Bacchi Kienetz
