I have an mpi program that runs a loop to process messages continuously and I would like to analyze performances with jumpshot. The program is not meant to stop and call MPI_Finalize but rather run indefinitely as a server. Is there a way to force the generation of the slog2 file other than calling MPI_Finalize?
