[MPICH] building nemesis channel under windows

Hi,

I'm trying to find any documentation or procedures for building the nemesis
channel under Windows (Visual Studio 2003).  As far as I can tell the
Windows Developer documentation only deals with building the ch3shm ch3sock
ch3ssm channels and the solution file included in 1.0.6p1 (which seems to be
for VS 2005 only) only has projects for those 3 channels.

If someone could just point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate
it.
