[MPICH] New Release of MPICH2 (1.0.6)

You're right this should have been noted in the release notes.  We 
expect to have TRAC set up soon which should help with finding reported 
issues.  I just fixed this and it will be in the next patch release of 
1.0.6.  I'm attaching a patch if you need it.
