[MPICH] MPIIO for GPFS

ROMIO doesn't have a special implementation for GPFS. The generic ad_ufs
device (POSIX) will work on GPFS. I haven't run it on GPFS myself, but
others have. You will get collective I/O and other optimizations, but no
GPFS-specific optimizations.
