[MPICH] FLASH IO over Jaguar

Hi,

For the folks who want to enable good flash IO performance on Cray XT
platforms, here is a patch you may want to try with. It has been
prepared at ORNL and contains a README.jaguar for information on further
tuning. Let me know if you have any questions. 

It would be good if this can get incorporated into the posted flash IO
benchmark on this website: http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/pio-benchmark/. I
was not able to find the mailing list, pio-benchmark mailing list, to
use though.
