[MPICH] newcomer

Hi all, just joined the list. I can seem to find out how to subscribe to the
mpich2-dev, mpi-users, and mpich2-maint however.  If I query
Majordomo at mcs.anl.gov for a list of lists it hosts, I actually don't even
get mpich-discuss in the reply, just mpich-discuss-digest. It did allow me
to subscribe to this list in spite of that, but I'm having trouble
registering/authenticating for the other 3. What am I missing?
