[MPICH] communication between linux and windows

Hello，everyone .
Now I puzzled about the processes running on both linux and
windows(mpich2).
Firstly ,I used two machines for the test (one windowsXP,one fedora3
).The windows saves as root.
And then ,and running the smpd on both two machines.
When I input the command as follow for test
mpiexec -host ***.***.**.1 -n 6 hostname : -host ***.***.**. 2 -n 6
“/bin/hostname”
the command was executed;
but when I was running a small programme like “hello world”
 
there were errors below:（launch 4 processes totally）

I have turned off the firewall completely,and the programme uses the
code which is the example in the package of mpich2.
 
Any help ??
