[MPICH] WRF and MPICH2

I just saw a similar warning a couple days ago. I was trying to build
MPICH (with gcc), and somehow the "system" mpicc (compiled with PGI)
seemed to be messing up the build somehow.  

When I removed mpicc from my PATH, things built and ran just fine, so
I didn't stop to debug the problem further.
