[MPICH] mpich2-1.0.5p4 build failure with PGI 6.2

heh, I think I fooled it.  It built and installed, though I haven't
tested anything yet.

env CC=pgcc CXX=pgCC F77=pgf77... ./configure --with-device=ch3:nemesis:gm
make CC=gcc CFLAGS="-DHAVE_GCC_AND_PENTIUM_ASM=1" -C src/mpid/ch3/channels/nemesis
make
make install

And the same trick seems to have worked on the x86_64 boxes using
HAVE_GCC_AND_X86_64_ASM.
