[MPICH] MPI-IO and Create_indexed datatype

Ah yes I see from a bit of googling that MPI_Aint is 32 bits on 32 bit
platforms.  Short term I don't care but long term I really do, so I'm
very interested in the workarounds.

Datatype::Create_struct looks very cool, I'm still chewing on that one.
