[MPICH] communication between father and son in MPI_COMM_SPAWN

Hi,

I'm implementing at the moment dynamic process management in 
MPICH2 for Infiniband.
Trying to develop the MPI_COMM_SPAWN I encounte on a problem. 
To establish communication over Infiniband between the father and 
the son, the father needs connectinformation from the son and also the 
son needs information from father. 
Is there a mechanism in MPICH2 to communicate between father and 
son? And how can I synchronize the 2 processgroups?
