[MPICH] mpi.mod with MPICH2?

Hi guys,

Anybody come across a Fortran 90 mpi.mod file that works with MPICH2?  

They seem to like "include 'mpif.h'" but that's unsafe.  A Fortran 90 compiler which is guessing is a terrible thing to behold.
