[MPICH] MPICH2 v1.02 in heterogeneous enviroment

MPICH2 doesn't yet work in heterogeneous environments. It will work in
heterogeneous environments that really are homogoneous, ie, no differences
in byte ordering, sizes of datatypes, etc.
