[MPICH] Install on Itanium 2, Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition

How do we install MPICH2 on our Itanium 2 machine, which uses Windows
Server 2003 Enterprise Edition?  Is there some way to do it without
using .NET Framework 1.1, because our machine seems unable to load that
software application.
