[MPICH] Unable to execute process on different machines (ERROR : bash: line 1: orted: command not found)

It looks like you are trying to mix two different MPI implementations  
-- Open MPI and MPICH2.  Your first order of business should be to  
disentangle the two and ensure that you are wholly using one or the  
other.
