[MPICH] Null Communicator error

Hi all,

I am using mpich-1.2.4 on AIX cluster.
I have a program which is terminating after the following error.


0 - MPI_COMM_RANK : Null communicator
[0]  Aborting program !
[0] Aborting program!
p0_51120:  p4_error: : 197

I run it by -np 2 option. Both are executing the MPI_Init() call. And the
version of MPICH is same for compilation and running.
But still I get this problem.

I 'm not able find the source of the problem , so seeking some experienced
people help.
