[MPICH] mpiexec -rsh -nopm ???

Dear All,
I'm trying to integrate MPICH2 with Sun Grid Engine.
In the how-to proposed by the Sun-Grid Engine support staff
they use a startup method (coming from the MPICH2 staff) with 
the intruction "mpiexec -rsh -nopm ...".

The manual does not explain the meaning of these options ("-rsh" and 
"-nopm"). Could you clarify the issue?
