[MPICH] MPICH2 startup w/ PBS

How about the following 3 lines in your script:

mpdboot -n ${NP} -f ${PBS_NODEFILE}
mpiexec -machinefile ${PBS_NODEFILE} -n ${NP} ./${EXE}
mpdallexit
