[MPICH] Problem in Configuring mpich2-1.0.2

Hi I am compiling mpich2-1.0.2 with rdma-iba channel device but
faceing problems in configure it self. The command I gave is following
./configure --prefix=/data3/mpich2 --with-device=ch3:rdma
--with-rdma=iba --without-mpe --without-romio

and error that comes is following

sourcing /data2/mpich2-1.0.2/src/mpid/ch3/setup_device
RUNNING SETUP_DEVICE FOR THE CH3 DEVICE
sourcing /data2/mpich2-1.0.2/src/mpid/ch3/channels/rdma/setup_channel
RUNNING SETUP_CHANNEL FOR THE RDMA CHANNEL
Error: --with-rdma not specified.

What should I do?
