[MPICH] New release of MPICH2

Hi,
	Well done and with perfect timing you managed to release the day after I had 
released my software using MPICH2 1.0.2. Fortunately it does seem backward 
compatiable as I have run Windows and Linux binaries against the new libraries 
successfully. Nice to have the ROMIO "ntfs read file" bug finally fixed.

	As I mentioned before I would like to have seen a public Beta or Release 
Candidate.  I did notice there was mention of a RC1 in the CVS logs but I 
presume this was only available to people with access to the CVS.
