[MPICH] Installing MPICH and MPICH2 side-by-side

Basu,

MPICH 1.2.5 and MPICH2 can both be installed on the same machines.  But
applications must be re-compiled for each target because mpi.h is not the
same for each version.  This includes third party libraries that contain MPI
function calls.
