Status of MPE2 on Windows?

Hi,

Can anyone inform me about the status of MPE2 for Windows. I have
installed MPICH2 on my Windows machine but I don't see any MPE header
files. The only MPE related files installed are mpe.lib and mped.lib
but these do not seem very useful without the header files. The MPE
logging libraries I would have expected (lmpe.lib and lmped.lib) are
missing as well.
