[MPICH] Debian package out of date?

On http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/mpich2/  we have access to only
mpich2_1.0.1-1 . But on
http://torvalds.cs.mtsu.edu/~zach/debian/1.0.2/  we can find links to
mpich2_1.0.2-2 packages. Is there any reason why the main mpich2
website is not uptodate? Could it be updated?
