[MPICH] Master tied to one node

Yes, you can specify -nolocal to mpirun and have a special machinefile 
where the first one mentioned is the one where you want to run the 
masterjob. This works for the ch_p4 device and you will have exactly the 
number of rsh/ssh calls as requested cpus. - Reuti
