[MPICH] mpich2 & Intel Fortran problems on Windows

Hi all!

I'm trying to use mpich2 along with the Intel Fortran compiler on Windows, but 
it just doesn't work. Every application fails with the message
	"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000142)."
Only Fortran doesn't work, C is fine.
Yet we tried the binary version and compiling from source, same result.
The machines are 64 Bit Opterons (4x) with Windows 32 Bit. Might that be the 
problem?
