Hi Christophe,

Can you just clone the MOAB repository and build directly? The home-brew recipe seems outdated. For one, it is downloading MOAB 5.0.0 [1]. I think this needs to be updated. I am quite sure we did this in the past at some point, but I do not see the changes. I’ll submit a PR to update the recipe.

Meanwhile, if you can clone MOAB and build 5.6.0 tag, that should be quite stable. If you run into any issues, do let us know. You can also simply install MOAB through conda or spack, If those are convenient.

I don’t quite understand the error below. The link is perhaps garbled. Did your autoreconf command fail? Can you verify that your home-brew is up to date? Please do send the autoreconf.log file so that we can take a closer look.

Also, you should not be using 5.0.0. That version is probably a decade old! Please update to 5.6.0.

I don't understand why...I tried to remove the /Users/christophechalons/Library/Logs/Homebrew/moab directory but to no avail.
