[MOAB-dev] Review to JOSS,

Hello,

I have submitted a paper to JOSS about MoFEM; it is built on top of MoAB and PETSc. I thought that you could be perfect for doing a review (or recommend someone). To do review is a bit of job, you have to install code, and run it, o test basic functionality.
