[MOAB-dev] moab, petsc and zoltan

Lukasz, I wanted to see the actual configuration command passed to
MOAB. For example, the output of:

head $PETSC_DIR/$PETSC_ARCH/externalpackages/MOAB/config.log

The MOAB.py was also helpful to understand the version of MOAB that
you are using. I can send you an updated MOAB.py once I have the fix
for you.
