[MOAB-dev] Version4.6 branch should not be used until further notice

what was the issue here? I see that you merged master to Version4.6
and resolved conflicts.

I pulled the branch and tested it locally (both debug and optimized)
and didn't see any problems during configure/build/check/install.
Please elaborate why this branch is not usable with the latest merge.
